A native of Leeds, England, Bernard Sidman graduated with honors from the University of Sheffield. He went on to practice as a solicitor in London before moving to the United States to found his law firm in 1983. Since its inception, Bernard’s firm has devoted itself to the practice of immigration law. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for over 25 years, Bernard is exceptionally knowledgeable and proficient in his field.Bernard personally reviews every case before it is filed with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to ensure quality and accuracy.
Caroline Sidman is an Attorney at Sidman Law Group. Ms. Sidman received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2013. Prior to law school Caroline received a Master of Arts degree in English from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Classics from UCLA. During law school she acted as Legal Services Coordinator for the UCLA Mobile Clinic Project, a Staff Editor on the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy, and participated in Moot Court. She was also a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal and a Legal Intern in both the NBCUniversal Film Music and NBCUniversal Copyright departments.
John Dickens is an Attorney at Sidman Law Group. John graduated with honors from the University of Derby before starting his practice career as an employment lawyer in his home city of Leeds, England. He would later teach employment law and practice at the CILEx Law School. Now also a licensed attorney in California, John’s impressive background has given him a keen aptitude for managing immigration cases of all types, with a particular flair for employment and investment based work.
